E. Raymond English
E. Raymond English, 66, of 244 Quitman st., died at 4:45 a.m. Saturday at his residence after an illness of two years. He was born in Washington C. H. and spent most of his life here.
Mr. English was a retired shipping clerk for the May and Co., where he had been employed six years.
Surviving are his wife, Anna; a daughter, Mrs. Bernice Weber of Miamisburg; three stepsons, Herbert Humble, Carl Humble and Richard Cramer, all of Dayton, and two brothers, Frank English of Newark and Roy English of Dayton.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoyne funeral home, 1817 E. Third st., by The Rev. Harvey Hahn. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery, Xenia. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Monday.
