My father was born in Oklahoma, the youngest of 9 nine children. He was a traveling minister from the age of 21 to 58. He then married my mother and I am an only child. He was a kind, gentle man who loved to garden, cook and can his veggies and fruits. He was almost 75 when he died of colon cancer in 1980.
