Louise is the daugter of Archibald Louis Hanes born Oct 29 1861 inScioto, Ohio. He died on July 10 1925 in Polebridge, Flathead, Montana. Louise mother was Mary Ann Crumb Krumon born May 15, 1865 or 1863 in Ohio. Mary passed away on July 13, 1941 in Flathead Montana

As the story was told, Louise and her family were coming through Fort Cobb, OK on their way to California when she died, so she was buried here. Later the cemetery was moved to another location in town. None of her family could be located so her grave was never moved.

The land was later purchased and a home built on it. Her grave is in the front yard, and she is no longer alone.

Research shows her father died in Polebridge, MT and her mother died in or around Flathead MT.

Information received from Debbie Evans Peck through the Forgotten Oklahoma Group.
