Daniel was born in Evansville, Indiana on December 5, 1956 to the late William and Opal (Miller) Blaine. Daniel worked for Yellow Cab Company for many years.
Daniel is survived by his sisters, Donna Randolph, Glenda Fanton, Karen Borst, and Annette Clark; brothers, William Blaine, Jr. and D. Scott Blaine.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Debra Dunkel; and a brother, Michael Blaine.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Locust Hill Cemetery, 3800 Kratzville Road, Evansville, IN 47710 with Rev. Tammy Scheller officiating.
