She was born May 24, 1930, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Norman and Anna Marie Utchel Bode.
She was a member of St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, in Canonsburg. Prior to her retirement, she worked in the dietary department at Mayview State Hospital.
On December 31, 1949, she married Theodore Lesko, who died March 1, 1995.
Barbara was the last of her immediate family. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Norma Ogrodowski and Veronica Price.
Friends will be received from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
