On April 24, 1959, Maggie Lee Graham gave birth to a beautiful, baby boy, whom she named Craig Allen. On Monday, April 18, 2016, the Lord called Craig home to be with Him. The Lord closed Craig's eyes and said " Rest my child, for your work here is done."

Craig received his education in Muskogee Public Schools and later continued his training at Oklahoma State University Technical Branch in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He received a degree in Building and Construction. After earning his degree, he worked for Manhattan Construction Company until the mid 1980's, when he began his career at Jess Dunn Correctional Facility, where he was the maintenance supervisor and receiving full retirement after 24 years of service.

Later in life, Craig met, fell in love with and married Portia Harrison of Muskogee, Oklahoma. Craig and Portia had one son, Skylar. Craig also raised a daughter, Teri Jarrett, as his own.

Although Craig had a career in Corrections, carpentry was never put on the back burner. Craig continued to use the gifts God gave him as a master carpenter to build not only the family home he shared with Portia, but countless other homes throughout Muskogee and the surrounding areas.

Those who knew Craig, knew that he loved children. He was very kind-hearted and would do anything for anyone, whenever he was asked. He loved the rodeo life, where he won several belt buckles for his skill in Bull Dogging. Craig passed on his love for carpentry through teaching his son, grandson and the friends of his grandson to lay tile, hang doors, install windows, mud and tape; you name it, he taught it. Craig recently agreed to assist Brother Rodgers with a workshop to teach young men how to do carpentry.

Craig was preceded in death by his mother, Maggie Simmons.

He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife of 31 years, Portia; his son, Skylar [Jonalle], Mesquite, Texas; his daughter, Teri Jarrett; his sister, Kathy [Lansing] Lee; his brother, Kevin [Tanesha]; his brother, Samuel [Bonnie] Wylie, Texas; one uncle, Harold Graham, Jr.; one aunt, Juanita Brown, all of Muskogee, Oklahoma; Craig also leaves 4 grandchildren he loved; Richard, M'Khya, Skylar Jr., and Donavyn; 2 great-grandchildren, R'Khya and Richard Johnson, III. He leaves several nieces and nephews, Ashley, Shawnna, Jasmine, Quinton and Krista; he cherished Shea'Leigh, Kace, and Shane as if they were his own grandchildren; along with a caravan of other relatives and many, many friends

The Hour of Remembrance for Mr. Graham will commence on Saturday morning, April 23, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the most Holy sanctuary of the Timothy Baptist Church, 5530 West Okmulgee Avenue in Muskogee. Pastor Kelly Payne is the gracious host Pastor, and Reverend Walter Brown, Jr., will officiate. Burial will follow in the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee.
