Mary Lea Edds
Services will be at 9 a.m. today at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home for Mary Lea Edds, 88, Topeka, who died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1993, in Honolulu.
She was a frequent visitor to Honolulu.

Mrs. Edds had been employed at the Sunflower Ordnance Plant in De Soto many years.
She was born April 22, 1904, in Brown County, the daughter of David L. and Luttia Humphries Lynn.
She was a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and was a past president of the Marine Corps Auxiliary.

She was married to Harvey W. Edds Aug. 25, 1920. He died Dec. 25, 1975.
Survivors include two sons, Harvey Edds, Jr., Seattle; and Quenton Edds, Puyallup, Wash.; three daughters, Bonnie Russell, Wheatland, Colo., Virginia Hattaway, Bedford, Texas, and Betty Schroeder, Topeka; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Topeka Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Highland Park United Methodist Church, 2914 Michigan, 66605.
