Sean Henry Bennett was born on May 23, 1967, in Houston, Texas, to Walter Earl Bennett and Shirley Bennett.

Sean was taken from us very unexpectedly on April 17, 2016, with no chance to say goodbye to his family and friends.

He was a gifted mechanic and loved to work on, rebuild, fix, make better, anything mechanical. He loved cars, trucks and anything with an engine. He was happiest when his hands were greasy. He loved his family, and cats and dogs and was kind and generous with his talents and with his heart.

He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Bennett; and his grandmother, Ilena Withers. He is survived by his wife Thelma (Teri) Bennett of Katy, his sons Kyle, Anthony and Samuel (Amy) Sons by marriage Joshua,Kerry (Bonnie), Cody (Katie) Wesley (Kendra) His mother Shirley Jackson (Frank) of Galveston. His grandchildren, Edward, Chance,Collin,Lacy,Madison,Camdyn,Payton and Baylee. His aunt Regina Cambiano, cousin Jennifer Ransom as well as his sidekick Kenny Anderson..

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 24, 2016, at the Schmidt Funeral Home East Avenue Chapel, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Daniel Schramm, officiating. A private burial will take place at a later date in Katy Magnolia Cemetery.
