Army Spc. Timothy A. Fulkerson, 20, of Utica, Ky.; assigned to 1st Battalion, 82nd Aviation Reconnaissance Battalion, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C.; killed Oct. 8 when a landmine detonated near his vehicle during combat operations in Tikrit, Iraq. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Tammy Voyles Brown and Ben Brown, of Horse Branch; his father, Tim Fulkerson, of Owensboro; his maternal grandmother, Mildred Kaysinger of Hartford; his maternal grandfather and step-grandmother Walter Voyles, Sr., and Cathy Voyles, both of Owensboro; his paternal grandfather, Joseph Fulkerson of Owensboro; his brother, Brandon Lee Clark of Hartford; his sister, Jillian Brook Rickard of Madisonville; one niece; two nephews; and several aunts and uncles.
