Mr. Gary (Butch) Alan Smith, age 69 of Lawrenceburg passed away on April 16, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from Murray, Inc after forty years. He was attended the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Green Smith; two sons, Barry Green (Tina) of Loretto, TN; Rodney Green (Theresa) of Lawrenceburg, TN; two daughters, Tonya Luedeke (Andrew) and Allyson Skinner (Mark) all of Lawrenceburg, TN; eighteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one brother, Paul Houston Smith Jr. (Linda) of Lawrenceburg, TN; three sisters, Peggy Peppers and Roberta McGuire (Bobby) all of Lawrenceburg, TN; Wanda Jane Smith, RSM.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Houston Smith Sr. and Teresa Wunner Smith; one brother, John Michael Smith; two sisters, Molly Wunner Smith and Linda Gail Smith.

Funeral Service will be at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Monday, April 18, 2016 at 1 pm with Wanda Jane Smith RSM & John Birdsong officiating and interment in Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.
