The announcement is made of the approaching marriage of Ex-Governor Newton C. Blanchard to Miss Charlotte Gertrude Tracy, formerly of Baton Rouge, but now of Neepawa, Manitoba, Canada. The wedding will take place some time in January at the home of the prospective bride, who resides with her sister, Mrs. Demattors, wife of Rev. F. S. Demattors, Rector of St. James' Episcopal Church, Neepawa, Canada.
