Nancy L. Williams, 72, of Olney, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. Nancy L. Williams was born September 20, 1943 in Richland Co., IL to parents Russell and Thelma (Smith) Brewer. She married Rick Felice on May 1, 1971, he precedes her in death, she later married Clarence Williams on October 9, 1997 in New Harmony, IN, he also precedes her in death. Nancy retired from the East Richland Community School District in 2006, after 20 years of service. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking, and gardening. She especially enjoyed spending time with family. She was a member of the Antioch Christian Church. Nancy is survived by Son, Rico Felice and fiancee Rebecca Ashworth of Phoenix, AZ; Daughter, Felicia Nohren and husband Ty of Olney; Step-Son, Nolan Williams and wife Melody of Largo, FL; Step-Son, Cecil Williams and wife Paula of Noblesville, IN; Grandchildren, Rylee Dial, Carter Dial, Lauren Dial, Anniston Angle, and Breanna Felice; Step-Grandchildren, Lindsay Miller and husband Jeff, Tyler Williams and wife Ruth, Morgan Williams, Seth Williams, Tate and Blake Nohren; Step-Great Granddaughter, Addison Williams; Sister, Sandra Gammage and husband Bruce of Farmers City, IL; Sister-In-Law, Judy Slichenmyer; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Parents, Husbands, Richard Felice, Clarence Everett Williams, infant brother, Monty Brewer, Brother, Carl Brewer, and infant granddaughter, Madelyn Angle.
