Harvey A Eicher, 67, of 784 N CR 100 E. Monroe, Indiana, passed away on Thursay, March 31, 2016, at Lutheran Hospital. He was born in Adams County on November 23, 1948 to Amos E and Elizabeth (Schwartz) Eicher. On August 4, 1968, he married Amanda G. Schwartz. She survives. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He was self-employed and worked with farm produce. Surviving are a son, Harvey M Eicher of Monroe; a daughter, Mary M Schwartz of Akron, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; a brother, Ben A Eicher of Ky; and three sisters, Salome Wenger of Berne, Rosie Wickey of Millersburg, and Mary (Jake) Christner of Berne. He was preceded in death by this parents, three brothers, Jake, Amos and Leroy Eicher and two sisters, Emily Yoder and Delilah Wickey. Funeral services were held at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 3, at the residence, with Bishop Elmer N Schwartz officiating. Burial was in Schwartz Cemetery in Rural Berne.
