Mr. Paul Moser, 62, of Gaithersburg, died Saturday, April 6, at his residence.
He was the husband of Celia Moser.
Born Nov. 25, 1939, in Waynesboro, Pa., and was the son of the late Earl William and Charlotte E. Recard Moser.
Mr. Moser was the assistant city manager of Waynesboro during the late 1960s.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Paul M. Moser of Germantown, Bradley A. Moser of Gaithersburg, and Angela Bookhultz of Boyds; four brothers, Earl Moser of Pennsylvania, Donald Moser of Illinois, Gerald Moser of Virginia and Ronald Moser of Arizona; one sister, Elaine Reed of Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, April 12, at Hilton Funeral Home, 22111 Beallsville Road, Barnesville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
Interment will be in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Montgomery Hospice, 1450 Research Blvd., Rockville, Md., 20850.
