Feuerborn was born December 22, 1939, in Slaughterville, the son of William Frank Feuerborn and Juanita Bullock. He graduated from St. Joseph Catholic School in Norman and attended the University of Oklahoma. He married Pat Ann Crawford on April 24, 1965. Charles worked for the Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, for 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Pat, of Norman; two sons, Gregory Feuerborn of Mustang, and Kevin Feuerborn of Norman; three brothers, James Feuerborn of Lexington; Lt Colonel Tom Feuerborn of Franklin, Tennessee; and Mike Feuerborn of Tulsa; and three sisters, Loretta Antonell of McLoud; Priscilla Robins and Martha Kay Davis; both of Norman
