Daughter of Albert Warren Kelsey and Jeanette G. (Washburn) Kelsey.

Charlotte was married to a Joseph R. Darling born in England and had a son Joseph Warren Darling in May 1908 in PA.
Marriage record not found.
Joseph R. Darling is seen as being born in Illinois in census records.

Record found for
Charlotte (Kelsey) Darling married Joseph R. McNab Sept 26, 1932 in Miami, Dade County, Florida.

Are Joseph Darling and Joseph McNab same person with change of name?
Mention in Chester PA. newspaper Dec 15, 1938 of her son Albert , who was being issued a warning in a Federal Court, that he changed his name from Darling to McNab after his trouble with the law in 1931 stating it was a name on his mother's side of the family. It also stated the judge said his problems "caused his mother extreme anxiety" so perhaps this was reason for a family name change?
Need help in clarifying this.
