"Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Morgan, 65, died at 3:25 Wednesday afternoon in a local nursing home.

Sarah Elizabeth Scott, daughter of Bert Scott and Christina (Gordon) Scott, was born March 18, 1900, in Livingston County. She attended Woodland Rural School and had spent most of her lifetime in Livingston County. She was a member of the Methodist church.

In addition to her husband, Arthur Morgan, she is survived by four brothers, Roy Scott of Taberville, Robert Scott of Schell City, Charles Scott of Kansas City and Scottie Scott of Eldorado Springs; and five sisters, Mrs. Maude Williams of Chillicothe, Mrs. Jean Welch of Boston, Mass., Mrs. Edna Biggs of Dallas, Texas, Mrs. Gladys Lisher of Grandview and Mrs. Bettie Sullivan of Kansas City. She was preceded in death by an infant son and two sisters.

Memorial services will be held at 1:30 Saturday afternoon at the chapel of the Norman Funeral Home. The Rev. John Gooding will conduct the services. Interment will be in the family lot at the Hutchison Cemetery." The Chillicothe Constitution-Tribune, May 6, 1965
