She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, a true Louisiana Cajun who loved the Lord, her family and the Cajun Culture. She adored spending time with her wonderful and caring husband of 55 years. She also enjoyed the time spent caring for their miniature poodles.
Survived by her husband, Kermy Fontenot; two daughters, Melissa Fontenot Brignac and husband, Russell and Debra Fontenot Cox and husband, Karl; son, Glenn P. Fontenot and wife, Aida; son-in-law, Jerry A. Huffman; daughter-in-law, Rachel Fontenot; twin sister, Priscilla Angelle; brother, Raymond Angelle and wife, Margie; eight grandchildren, Amber, Kainan, Kharie, Kollin, Chu-Chi, Jae'del, Branson, and Trinity; and two great grandchildren, twins Aubreigh and Hunter.
Preceded in death by her parents, Essie Joseph and Marie Noel Angelle; son, Philip Kermy Fontenot; sister, Mercedes Stelly; infant brother, John Nelson Angelle; and brother, Louis Angelle.
