Diane M. Cook passed away on January 12, 2016. She was born on April 24, 1938 to parents Jay Herbert and Camille Adams, both deceased. She graduated from Ursuline Academy in 1956 and went on to George Washington University in Washington DC. In 1982 she received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Southern Methodist University. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Leslie Cook, her brothers Jay Joe and Mark Adams, and granddaughter Emily. She is survived by her brother Clint Adams and 8 children, Quinn (Barbie), Greg (Kim), Damian (Julie), Marcel (Amy), Mary (Wade) Olson, Rachel (Hal) Yost, Peter (Kelly), and Becket. She was affectionately known as "Nanny" to her 25 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered as a prayerful, loving, faithful Catholic wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
