KINGSPORT — Patsy Collins 75, of Kingsport, passed away Friday (Aug. 5, 2011) in Holston Valley Medical Center.
Mrs. Collins was born in Scott County, Va. She had resided in Kingsport most of her life. She was a member of Hermon United Methodist Church; a loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Caleb Milburn and Emily Hawkins; two brothers Halbert McCraw and Emmitt Hawkins.
Survivors include four sons, Jeff Collins and wife, Patty Hawkins County, Tenn.; Terry Collins and wife, Belinda, Fall Branch, Tenn., Keith Collins, Kingsport, and Scotty Collins, Kingsport; special friend, ex daughter in-law, Vicki Collins; two brothers, Ralph Hawkins, Kingsport and Carlos Hawkins Kingsport.; one sister Anis Rymer Church Hill, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Becky Qualls, Dena Collins, Dusty Collins, Chris Collins and Cody Collins; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery.
