Rosetta Carroll Williams, age 71, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Tri State Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born on October 5, 1944 in Middlesboro, KY, the daughter of the late Millie Faye Reed Hoskins and Hobert Carroll. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Della Lee Teague and brothers: Tommy Martin and Richard Hoskins. She was a member of the Apostolic Church.
She is survived by her daughter Joesie Faye Hickman-Pecina and husband, Silvestre Pecina: three grandchildren: Benjamin (Amy) Hickman of Middlesboro, Meagan of Lexington, and Jackson Hickman of Speedwell, TN; and three great-grandchildren: Tori, Aubrey, and Baylee.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Monday, April 18, 2016 at Green Hills Memorial Gardens. Music provided by Linda and Terri Leach. The family will receive friends 4-6 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel.
