Cheryl was born October 2, 1961, the youngest daughter of Willard Wayne and Lois Carol Ostlund.
She was a member of the first graduating class of Woods Cross High School.
She spent her career working for the State of Utah in the Department of Natural Resources. She worked in many different divisions; the last one was State Parks and Recreation. She retired after 30 years of service.
She married her sweetheart, Perry Frank Ward in the Bountiful, Utah LDS Temple on September 16, 2006. They made their home in Clinton, Utah
She enjoyed crafting and was known for her card making, and crocheting. She loved to give handmade baby blankets to friends, and charities. She was a devoted aunt, and dearly loved her nieces and nephews. She collected books, and had a great love of reading. She loved to attend the Mountain Man Rendezvous with Perry.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Perry, sisters, DeLys Ostlund, and Darcy (Robert) Cavazos. Her nieces and nephews, Kellan (Katie), Kara (Alex), Marisa (Jake), Kaylee, and Nicolas.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Interment at Lakeview Memorial Estates in Bountiful, Utah.
