George Paul Wegner

George Paul Wegner, twenty-four, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert C. Wegner, of No. 190 East Sixth street, died at the County Sanatorium at Orwell this morning after a lingering illness.

Mr. Wegner was born in this city and attended the public schools. Upon leaving school he learned the printing trade and was employed at the Radcliffs shop, in the office of the Syracuse Post-Standard, and at the Art Press in Syracuse. He was a member of the German Lutheran St. Paul's Church and was active in the Young Men's Society of that body. He was a quiet, unassuming young man and had a wide circle of friends who will learn the news of his death with sadness.

Besides his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Harry G. and Henry A. Wegner, and two sisters, Minnie and Ruth Wegner, all of this city.
