Bonnie Lou (Damrow) Garces, 60, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2016 at home with family by her side. She was born on June 20, 1955 in Milwaukee to Arno and Lolo (Radtke) Damrow.
Bonnie married Roberto Garces on September 18, 1992 in Greenbush, WI at United Methodist Church.
Bonnie was a devoted loving wife, mother of three children of her own, and two from a previous marriage, Shannon Grant and Cris A. Grant.
Bonnie is survived by her loving husband, Roberto; two daughters, Holly (Ronald) Gorman and Amanda (Mark) Peachy all of Fond du Lac; one son, Shane (Liz Pemberton) Grant of Waupun; eight grandchildren, Dakota, Joshua, Elizabeth, Abigail, Connor Lemke, Xander, Aaron and Sullivan; one great-grandson,Owen. She is further survived by one sister, Barb Althen; parents-in-law, Josefina Garces and Ramon Salazar; nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents, one step-son, Cris A. Grant, five sisters and one brother.
Visitation: Bonnie’s family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 9:00 to 10:45 AM at Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E. Division Street in Fond du Lac.
Service: A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM at Zacherl Funeral Home following the visitation. Burial will take place in the Hillside Cemetery in Chilton, Wisconsin.
