On Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, Jessica was called home to be with her father, who passed on before her just two years earlier.

Jessica was born on May 4, 1992, to Dorcas (DeeDee) Brown and Jesse Benjamin Williams III in Anchorage, Alaska. Jessica was a very, very loving, kind and gentle. She was a light in the path of darkness, an angel at a time of distress and a very caring person for anyone who wanted or needed her help. Her friends always sought her advice or just loved talking with her in any subject no matter how big or how small, she was there for them. Jessica's mom said, "Jessica was the kind of daughter that a mother could only dream of. She never ever disrespected anyone and she was full of love and kindness, for one and all." She loved reading, writing, painting, knitting, crocheting, sewing and spending time on Facebook with her friends. Her friends were always seeking out her advice and she was always there for them. She was very much loved by her teachers, friends and even strangers she met at certain jobs.

Jessica is survived by her mother, DeeDee; sisters, Ebony, Darlene and Cornelia Brown; grandmother, Mabel Brown; uncles, Roy Mendenhall (Dee), Steven Brown and Harvey Brown (Emma); aunts, Donna Alder (Dennis), MaryJane Litchard, Sharon Korwan, Donna Erickson (Jeff), Miranda Brown and Loretta Williams; cousins, Robert and Willie Vandergriff, Dawn, Eve, Joy and Mae Mendenhall, Audrey Saganna, Dale Brower, Demarus, Dwight, Loren, and Vincent Litchard, Max and Randi Korwan, Harvard and Doreen Brown, Sam, Bill, George, Nathan and Jimmy Brown and Ryder, Kaare, Austen, Talon and Logan Erickson; and her boyfriend and soulmate, Geoffry Frame.
