CIVIL WAR Pvt Daniel Albright, 4th KY Mounted Infantry Company B under Captian Peter James Hiatt. (see Rockcastle County, Kentucky Cemetery Records 1986, page 363.

I am sure he is the son of Benjamin and his second wife Nancy (VanHook) Albright.

Daniel is also believed to be the brother of Pvt. Benjamin Albright 14th KY CAV Co B, who died as POW in Mt Sterling, KY on 24 Feb 1863. It is also believed that Daniel had two other brothers George and Larkin, according to "Rockcastle Roots" by John Lair.
