She graduated from Columbia City Joint High School with the class of 1968. On September 30, 1967 she married John David Frye at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church. She worked for five years at Frye's Grocery in Merriam, then 17 years at Peoples Federal Bank in Columbia City, retiring in 1997. Terry was a member of Jaycee's, chaired the Junior Miss Pageant one year and a faithful lifelong member of St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, John Frye; father, Kenneth J. (Joan) Rock, of Columbia City; daughter, Angie (Scott) Shoda, of Columbia City; son, Dave (Heather) Frye, of Naples, Fla.; brothers, Tom (Laura) Rock, of LaPorte and Kevin Rock, of Columbia City; step-brothers, Ken(Gwen) Wolf and Jim (Mary) Wolf, both of Columbia City; 9 grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Lou Rock; and step-brother, Gary Wolf.
