Randy Bruce Tucker was born May 18, 1952. He lost his short battle with cancer on April 4, 2016.

He was born in Durango, Colorado to Gerald Dean Tucker and Macel Ramona Horsley. When Randy was six, Dorothy Caroline Brown came into his life as his step-mom.

Randy loved to collect dragons and wizards; and he had a large collection of them. He loved to cook and share recipes with his friends. He enjoyed crocheting, fixing things, and gardening.

He owned his own business at one time as a handyman. His favorite holiday was Christmas and every year would play Santa for the Brickyard Harmon's, where he was the receiver for sixteen years.

"Rest in peace, brother-until we meet again."

He is survived by his sisters, Phyllis Turner, Noni Hendrickson, and Verna Tucker; and sister-in-law, Debi Tucker Verholtz; as well as foster son, Stanlee Davis. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; plus many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, John, Wayne, and James; and sister, Sherry.

A service in his honor will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 11, 2016 at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Chapel, 4760 South State Street (100 East), Murray, with a viewing prior to the services from 9:00-9:45 a.m. Please bring your favorite memories of Randy to share with family and friends.
Interment will take place in the Cleveland Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
