Last Saturday Morning died at his House in Smithfield (of a Nervous Fever) JOSEPH MOWRY, Esq; Attorney at Law.
He was a Gentleman of Virtue and strong Abilities, and altho' he had not the Advantage of a learned Education, his natural Genius and unwearied Application to his Business, joined to his Integrity, rendered him useful in his Station. He was remarkable for good Nature and Affability, yet firm and steady in his Disposition and Conduct. He represented the Town of Smithfield at the General Assembly, for several Years, with Fidelity and Diligence.
