MYRON E. "GENE" PERRY
AVON: May 26, 1996 at home after a hard fought battle with cancer in his 63ed year.
Gene shared his life and love with his wife, Marlene; daughter, Michelle (Peter) Bruckel of Geneseo; Son, Michael (Stephanie) Perry of Avon. He was the beloved grandfather of 7 grandchildren, Jennifer, Joshua, Jacqueline, and Justin Bruckel of Geneseo and Nichole, Caitlin, and Shawn Perry of Avon. Also survived by step-father in law, Alfred Marceau of Mt. Morris; sister, Mildred Biesik; brother, Malcolm (Beverly) Perry, all of Hunt, NY; and several nieces and nephews. Gene recently retired from the Geneseo Brewing Co. of Rochester and was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
The family will receive their friends at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 350 Genesee St., Avon on TUESDAY, May 28, 1996, 2-4, 7-9 where Prayers will be said Wednesday at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM at St. Agnes Church, Avon Interment St. Agnes Cemetery. In memory of Gene, donations may be made to the St. Agnes Church, Avon Ambulance, or the American Cancer Society.
