MARJORIE LEE SONC, age 89, died on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. She was born Marjorie Lee Hooberry on October 26, 1921 in Nashville, Tennessee to Jeff and Carrie Mantlo Hooberry. She was a longtime resident of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Mrs. Sonc was a (retired) Bookkeeper in the automotive field.

Family and friends will remember that she had a great sense of humor.

She loved animals and always fed the ones behind her house. They would come to her when she bid them "come".

Mrs. Sonc loved watching "Wheel of Fortune", "Jeopardy" and horror movies. She was an avid pinochle and canasta player. She also was a great fan of polka music.
