Keith E. Tefft, 22, died Saturday at Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo, where he had been a patient for two days. He was born in Sturgis and lived in rural Branch County all his life. He was a 1984 graduate of Colon High School, where he played many sports. He had worked at Felpausch Food Service in Coldwater. He attend Colon Baptist Church. He and his girlfriend had planned to be married. Surviving are his parents, his three brothers, four grandparents. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Colon Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Schipper Funeral Home, Colon. (Battle Creek Enquirer, Battle Creek, Michigan – March 21, 1988)
