Born in Troy, N.Y., Joseph was the son of Debra Abrams of Third Street of South Troy, N.Y. and the late John J. Rowe.
Joseph was predeceased by his niece Kalia Wilson.
Joseph was an avid NY Yankee fan and a life long Chicago Bears fan, as well.
Joseph had been employed by Jubrey Construction company for several years.
