Born in Russia Oct. 31, 1860, Mr. Sinai came to the United States thirty years ago. In 1902 he became a genearal agent for the Equitable Life. He belonged to the Illinois Athletic Club, B'nai B'rith, Covenant Club, and the Chicago Art Institute.
