- Keith Wayne Lowe, 43, of Loami, Ill., died Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Kindred Hospital in Sycamore. He was born Jan. 11, 1973, in Springfield, to Clyde and Debra Rexroad Treat. He married Wendy Higgins on Dec. 16, 1998, in Springfield, and she survives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Treat, Debra Lowe; stepfather, Ronald Lowe; and grandparents.Also surviving, are his son, Gabriel Lowe of Loami; two sisters, Jessica (Jeff) Connolly and Tisha Burris, both of Springfield; three brothers: Michael (Lisa) Treat of Ft. Campbell, KY, and Erik and Mikael Lowe, both of Springfield; several aunts, uncles, six nieces, one nephew and several cousins.Keith was employed as a driver for SMTD. He was a U.S. Army veteran
