DECATUR — Funeral service for Anna Ruth Graves, age 76, of Decatur, will be Monday, April 11, 2016, 1 p.m. at Courtland Baptist Church with Scotty Letson and Harold Brown officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service at the church. Interment will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Graves, who died Friday, April 8, 2016, at NHC Healthcare in Moulton, was born July 17, 1939, in Alabama to George and Dorothy (Jenkins) Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; one grandson, Justin Bryant; and daughter-in-law, Mary Graves.

She is survived by her husband, George Neal Graves; three sons, Richard Graves (Linda), David Graves (Michele) and Clifford Graves; one daughter, Dianne Letson (Scotty); ten grandchildren, Anna Graves, Bart Graves, Rachel Wendling, Rebekah Brewer, Leslie Kerby, Cody Graves, Shanna Bryant, Lindsey Bryant, Justin Rutherford and Heath Rutherford; eight great-grandchildren; one brother; and three sisters.

Pallbearers will be Bart Graves, Cody Graves, Justin Rutherford, Heath Rutherford, George Wendling, Adam Brewer, and Brandon Kerby.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of the Valley.
