LINCOLN --- Willis A. Bailey, 84, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday at his home, 116 Sherman Street. The body was removed to the Goff Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements.
He was born Sept. 11, 1854 at Illinois City. Surviving are two sons and two daughters, William Bailey, Lincoln; Wesley Bailey, Evansville, Ind.; Mrs. Pearl Heath, Jerseyville; and Mrs. Grace Laughlin, Tulsa, Okla. A sister, Mrs. Alice Heath, lives at Mingrow.
