She was member of the Inman Baptist Chapel and a licensed CNA.
Amy was preceded in death by her step-father, Steven Bolinskey, and her grandparents, Jessie C. and Gladys Swiney, Sr. and Donald and Emaline Mitchell.
She is survived by her children, Blake Mitchell of Appalachia, VA, Davin Stanley, of Studio City, CA, and Hunter Lane of Big Stone Gap, VA; her mother, Glenda Bolinskey of Appalachia, VA; her father, Gerald Mitchell of Appalachia, VA; her sisters, Cindy Wade and husband Jeff, of Big Stone Gap, VA and Angela Marks and Steve of Big Stone Gap, VA; and the mother of her grandchildren, Whitney Vanover of Big Stone Gap, VA.
Graveside services will be Tuesday (April 12, 2016) at noon in the American Legion Cemetery.
