She was born on November 9, 1935 in Cotton Plant, MS, to the late Andyran Guyton and Margaret Waldrop. She was employed as an Laundry worker. She was a member of St. James #2 Church of God in Christ in New Albany.She was preceded in death by four brothers: Emmitt Guyton, Andy Guyton, Jr., Eddie B. Norman, and Jessie King. Two sisters: Loise Bryant, and Jannie Mae Guyton.
