Ronald had many interests he was an active member of Rowland Springs Baptist Church, gardened around the house and dappled either painting or drawing nature scenes. He had a love of sports and was an athlete. In his earlier years he played football, basketball and baseball and helped bring his home team; Cartersville High School to victory. His careers included owning a florist and making beautiful arrangements and later working for The City of Cartersville for over 23 years holding various job titles.
