Lena Pierce Martin, 68, of 215 Ford Road, Gaffney, S.C. went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at her residence.
Born in Gaffney, S.C. she was the daughter of the late Diolia Pierce and Tackie Campbell Pierce.
She was a graduate of Gaffney High School, retired from Timken and was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Scott Martin of the home and Bruce Martin of Gaffney.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Moss Martin and a grandson, Jamie Martin.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Mrs. Linda Craig and Mr. Ashby Blakely officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.
The family will be at the residence, 215 Ford Road, Gaffney, S.C..
