Dana Christine Dalton was the second child born of Dee and (wife) Bushnell on Sept. 2, 1959, in Logan, Kan. Dana had one older sister. She graduated from Logan High School in 1977. She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Sept. 12, 1981.

Dana enjoyed growing up in the small town of Logan with her sister and friends. Some of her fondest childhood memories were family get-togethers at her grandparents house in Greeley, Colo., and Cedar, Kan.

Dana was married Sept. 1, 1979.

Dana was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. She loved all her family members and friends greatly. Her children and grandchild were her pride and joy, which all that knew her would know.

Dana was a real people person who didn’t know a stranger. Her career of 15 years at Wal-Mart as a manager suited her personality well, which she enjoyed. One of her greatest joys was sharing Bible truths with all those she met. She truly loved her service to her God, Jehovah.

Dana leaves to cherish her memory her parents; three daughters; one granddaughter; one sister; one nephew; and one niece.

Dana was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Kevin Whitener. Dana also leaves behind many other extended family members and friends who will miss her immensely.
