She was the 13th child of a family of 14. Born to Gustave and Christina Job on April 25, 1940. Lila grew up and graduated from Ipswich, South Dakota in 1958. After graduation she married Dawaine Haar and to this union six children were born. They later divorced.
In 1981, Lila moved to Sundance with three of her children and she worked at numerous jobs. In 1985 she moved to Casper, Wyoming where she managed the Oregon Trail Bar for 16 years. Lila had been living in Deaver, Wyoming for ten years. Lila moved back to Sundance to be closer to her family in April 2014. Lila was a member of the Eagles Club, and Ladies Auxiliary #10969. She enjoyed the company of friends at the Lutheran Church.
Lila enjoyed the great outdoors, fishing, playing pool, horseback riding and crocheting, she was an accomplished piano and accordion player.
Lila will be greatly missed by her loving Minpin “Brandi”. She leaves sons Daryl Haar, Doug (Barb) Haar, Darwin Haar, and daughter Deb (Leroy) King and her 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Lila was preceded in death by her parents Gustave and Christina Job, numerous brothers and sisters, her second husband Jim Rose, daughter Dora Lynn Bonen, son Dallas and grandson Brian Haar.
