Obituary for Patricia Windle

Patricia Morgan Windle, 81, of Hedgesville, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016 surrounded by her family at her son's residence, where she received excellent care from her family in High View, WV. Now, she resides with her Lord and Savior in Heaven.
Born March 29, 1935 in Winona, MN, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Edward and Mildred Kurth Morgan.
She attended the Bright Light Baptist Church in Falling Waters.
She is survived by her five sons, William A. Windle, III and wife, Debbie, of Greencastle, PA, Scott M. Windle and wife, Kathy, of Clear Spring, MD, Glenn E. Windle and wife, Laura, of High View WV, Charles R. Windle and wife, Otila, of Taylorsville, NC and John C. Windle and wife, Lisa of Gerrardstown; one daughter, Rachel W. Shockey and husband, Richard, of Martinsburg; 21 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Maureen Hall of Muskegon, MI.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Windle, Jr.; a son, Robert W. Windle; and two brothers, Glenn M. Morgan and Roger J. Morgan.
Family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the Brown Funeral Home.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 10:00AM with Pastor Tim Rutherford officiating at Bright Light Baptist Church, 9379 Williamsport Pike, Falling Waters, WV 25419. Patricia will be interred with her husband privately in Culpeper National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a military of one's choice, Hospice of the Panhandle, or to the Bright Light Baptist Church Camp that she loved.
