Kevin D. Beck was a strapping boy coming into this world at nearly 10lbs. He was the baby of James L., and Rosalie, and always would be. Kevin was a lot of things, meaning he wore a lot of hats. Wonderful Father of two, Loving Son, Momma's Boy, Baby Brother, Uncle of nine, and Great Uncle to twenty one children, who loved him dearly. His sister in laws called him "Best Looking" all you had to do was ask him. His (Great) Nieces and Nephews called him the "Fun Uncle" he would say the favorite. He was full of life, never knew a stranger, the first person to arrive and last to leave,he was truly the light of this party we call life. When Kevin was around no one need look further for help. A jokester, who loved to have fun, one who had many friends. Kevin believed in family, and never missed a moment to be with his family. Tragically eight years ago he lost the first love of his life, his mother, never a day went by he did not think about her.
Kevin attended Reitz High School, he wrestled Varsity, and made many of his lifelong friends from his teammates as well as opponents. He continued to have a lifelong love of wrestling, and helped to coach whenever he could.
Kevin's love of the Dallas Cowboys, started at a young age, and was unfaltering. He bled Blue and silver. He loved to boast of having played for the Dallas Cowboys, and he did, as a youngster at EYFL.
Kevin will be dearly missed! He left a void in many lives. Surrounded by his immediate family he chose to step into the next journey of his life on April 02, 2016 at 2:07 pm. We are comforted in knowing that as he took his first step on his way home, where he was met by his mother, who surely personally delivered him safe and sound.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Laverne and Elena Beck, and William and Marcella Smith, and his first love, his Mother; Rosalie Beck. -
