Donald Dean "Don" Bowles, 78, died on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Mitchell County Hospital, Beloit, KS. He was born on September 21, 1936 in Mitchell County, to Arthur C. and Ruth N. (Larison) Bowles at Cawker City, KS.
Don grew up in Mitchell County He served in the United States Army from 1957 to 1960.
He married Caroline N. Fisher on June 10, 1967. She preceded him in death.
Don was also preceded in death by his parents, and five brothers, Vernon, Leonard, Melvin, Harry, and Bill.
Don is survived by his sons, Arthur, Charles, and Duane; two brothers, Richard and Bob.
Funeral services and visitation will be at the Glen Elder Christian Church. Memorials may be given to the Family Expense Fund in care of the Central National Bank, Glen Elder.
