Death Notice
Frederick Post - May 12, 1928

While motoring between Dawsonville and Poolesville Wednesday, en route to the home of his daughter, Mrs. Henry Ford, of near Poolesville, to attend the funeral of a relative, Henry R. Simpson, 79, of Vienna, Va., suffered a stroke of apoplexy and died within a few minutes. After being stricken, the aged man pulled his machine to one side of the road and brought it to a stop. As he alighted from the car he collapsed and was dead when reached by a passerby. Chief of Police Moxley made an investigation and, when Dr. Elijah White, of Poolesville, issued a certificate of death from natural causes, decided an inquest unnecessary.
