Hope Arkansas -Vick I Dougan,99 of Hope passed away Tuesday,May 19,2009,at Heather Manor Nursing home in Hope Arkamsas'
He was born June 23,1909 Emmet Arkansas to the late Marshall and Ada Dougan.He was employed by Arkla Gas Company for 47 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents,his wife of 72 years,Callie Dougan,five sisters,one brother and one grandson.
Survivers include two sons,Billy and Frances Dougan of Hope and Joe and Fran Dougan of Port Arthur TX,2 Daughters,Virginia and Dean England of Hope and Linda and Melvin Lear of Rodessa LA< fourteen grandchildren,thirty-four great grandchildren and thirteen great-great-grandchildren along with numerous neices and nefews.
Graveside services will be held Friday May 22,2009 at 11 AM in Snell Cemetery in Emmett Ar by Bro,Ron Riemer and Bro. Hal Dixon
