Mr. James Robert Kelley, 80, of Linden, passed away Friday August 19, 2022 at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. He was born in Linden to the late Alfred Walker Kelley and Myrtle Louise Graves Kelley. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. He had worked for several different companies thru the years in Maintenance at Mallory Corporation in Waynesboro and as a mechanic at Robinson Manufacturing and Wellington Manufacturing. He enjoyed helping with the canoes in the summer at Grimes Canoe Base.

Survivors include his wife Marie Kelley, his children Randal Kelley of Murfreesboro, Angie (Charlie) Gunderson of New Johnsonville and Kim Kelley Bowers of Linden, grandchildren Danielle (Preston) Jackson, Cory (Alyssa) Gunderson, Madison Kelley, Kailynn Moore and Mason Bowers, great-grandchildren Rylan Gunderson and Indiana James Jackson, a sister Melva Dean Mosley of Linden and a brother Joe (Rebecca) Kelley of Burns and a host of other loving members and many friends.
