Charles Franklin Hook, 82, of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma passed away Friday, April 1, 2016. He was born October 1, 1933 to Pauline (Stepinson) Johnston in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Charles married the loved of his life, Linda (Vargas) Hook on July 7, 1974 in Poteau, Oklahoma. They shared many happy years of life and marriage together. Charles loved music and was a drummer with many different artists. He was also a race car enthusiast and loved going to the races whenever he could. Charles was a truck driver by trade until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Pauline Johnston and Charles Johnston; step son, Rick Ogle; and step daughter, Karla Rupert. A memorial service for Charles will be arranged at a later date.
